Winkelman Law is working with a group of Blenman-Elm residents who seek to redress the impact of Grace St. Paul's Episcopal Church’s programs for unhoused individuals. Our team is gathering information as part of a potential legal action concerning nuisances and neighborhood safety concerns.

We are looking to speak with individuals who may have firsthand knowledge or observations related to:

  • Increased foot traffic or loitering near their property

  • Violence, threats of violence, or sexual harassment/assault

  • Property damage, trespassing, or theft

  • Fires or other dangerous behavior

  • Noise disturbances or public safety incidents

  • Unleashed or aggressive dogs

  • Drug use and/or the sale of drugs

  • Trash, debris, feces, urine, drug paraphernalia

  • Any other negative changes in neighborhood conditions associated with the program

Please note: at this time, we are not offering legal representation to individuals responding to this request. We are only seeking to speak with potential witnesses who may have relevant information. Responding to this request for information does not create an attorney-client relationship, and any information shared can and will be used in subsequent court proceedings, if necessary.

If you are willing to share your observations and be contacted by us, please submit your information in the fields below.
